Swimming and boat launch - NOTE: There are no amenities at these locations.

SKANEATELES LAKE ACCESS:

Borodino Landing is found at the end of Bockes Road. The width of the public area is limited to the road width; the properties on either side are privately owned. The public area is available for swimming and fishing. Commercial use by contractors for work on land or water on Skaneateles Lake and its watershed is regulated by the Town and requires an Operating Permit.

OTISCO LAKE ACCESS:

Otisco Lake Causeway, at the intersection of West Valley Road and Churchill Road, is owned by Onondaga County Water Authority. The NYS Dept. of Environmental Conservation has a boat launch just south of the Causeway with parking for fourteen (14) vehicles.

* Concrete launch ramp and floating boarding dock

* Paved parking area

* Accessible-designated parking for one vehicle with trailer and one passenger vehicle;

* Separate site entrance and exit

* Designated boat preparation area

* Invasive species disposal bin

* Solar-powered safety lighting

* Wheelchair-accessible portable toilet
